Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the pakarjudi platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must refrain from using this platform.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and pakarjudi. This platform is intended solely for users aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and are eligible to use the services offered.
Pakarjudi reserves the right to amend, add, or remove any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. Users are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the pakarjudi platform. Registering more than one account is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed without prior notice. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is truthful, accurate, and up to date.
The full name, phone number, and payment details provided must match the true identity of the account holder. Any attempt to conceal your real identity or register using false information is a serious breach of these terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. pakarjudi will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to keep your login information secure.

Users are prohibited from doing any of the following while using the platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Attempting to cheat the system or manipulate game outcomes through any technical or non-technical means.
- Transferring funds between different accounts to circumvent identity verification.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful financial activity.
- Sharing your login credentials with third parties or allowing others to access your account.
Payment Policy, Deposit & Withdrawal
All financial transactions on the pakarjudi platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid, belongs to them, and is active at the time of the transaction.
Deposit
All successfully processed deposits are final and non-reversible. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on the selected payment method and are subject to change from time to time. Users are advised to check the latest limits before making a deposit.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe set by the platform, depending on the chosen withdrawal method. pakarjudi reserves the right to request additional identity verification before approving any withdrawal, for security and compliance purposes. Any withdrawal attempt showing signs of fraudulent activity or money laundering may be delayed or rejected without notice.
Bonuses and Promotions
Any bonus or promotional credit awarded to a user's account is subject to the specific terms of use set out at the time the offer was launched. Misuse of bonuses or attempts to circumvent bonus conditions are grounds for bonus cancellation and account action.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Pakarjudi will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service disruptions due to system maintenance, internet connectivity issues, or events beyond the platform's control. Users acknowledge that betting carries financial risk and accept full responsibility for their own wagering decisions.
All content on the pakarjudi platform — including logos, designs, text, images, user interfaces, and software — is the exclusive property of pakarjudi or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from the platform's management.
The pakarjudi platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. pakarjudi is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Use of third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Account Suspension, Closure & Governing Law
Account Action
Pakarjudi reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time without notice if there is a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, use of multiple accounts, bonus abuse, or any action that compromises the integrity of the platform. In cases where an account is closed due to a violation, the account balance may be frozen while an investigation is conducted.
Voluntary Account Closure
Users may request to close their own account at any time by contacting the pakarjudi support team via email. Any valid remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal once all required security checks have been completed.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising from the use of this platform must first be addressed through pakarjudi's official communication channels before any further action is taken.
